To create your marketing plan, we ask you to answer questions about your business — things like what you sell, who your customers are, and what you've tried so far. This information is used solely to research and write your plan.
1.3 Website Visitor Data
When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:
- Browser type and device information
- IP address
- Pages visited and time spent
1.4 Cookies
We use a small number of cookies:
- Authentication cookies (Clerk): Keep you signed in so you can access your plan. These are essential and cannot be disabled.
- Analytics cookies (Microsoft Clarity / Bing): Help us understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it. These can be blocked by your browser.
We do not use advertising cookies or sell data to advertisers.
2. How We Use Your Information

5. Your Plan, Your Data
You own your plan and the business information you provide. We keep it to deliver the Service and for your future access — not to use for our own purposes.
You may request a copy of all data we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@owlplaybook.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
6. How Long We Keep Your Data
- Account and plan data: Kept while your account is active and for 90 days after deletion, so you have time to download your plan if needed.
- Payment records: Kept for 7 years to comply with tax requirements.
- Website analytics: Kept in anonymized form for up to 24 months.

All Customers
You have the right to:
- Access your personal data and download your plan
- Correct any inaccurate information
- Delete your account and personal data
- Opt out of analytics tracking via your browser settings
